What are HR Extender Services?
Sometimes the demand for HR Services can be overwhelming. Adding a new program (like coaching) in the midst of everything else happening can feel like a burden instead of an accomplishment. That's why we've created HR Extender Services, our program that allows you to add on HR Services on demand without hiring additional HR staff or adding hours to your workday.
We offer HR Extender Services in most core HR functions with the exception of compensation and benefits. (We are happy to refer you to other excellent resources for these functions.) Here are some of our specialties:
