Cheri Baker De-Mystifies Workplace Dysfunction

Bellevue, Washington - October 23, 2009 - Dysfunctional teams can be turned around far more rapidly than most employers believe, according to Cheri Baker.  That is the message she is sharing with HR leaders at the HR Symposium held in Bellevue WA on October 23, 2009.

Cheri Baker, President of Emergence Consulting, has been transforming teams from Dysfunctional to Exceptional in as little as eight hours using The Healthy Teams Model, a program she created for teams struggling with low productivity, low trust, and employee relations problems.

"Dysfunction is misunderstood," says Ms. Baker, "but by giving teams the skills and space to solve thier own problems, most troubled teams will heal themselves.  That is what the healthy teams model is all about."
