    When is coaching appropriate?
  • When your manager is struggling with soft skills, such as communication or motivating others.
  • When you have a manager that needs to take his or her skills to the next level to prepare for a promotion or opportunity.
  • When you are working with a manager dealing with perceptions of harassment, discrimination, favoritism, or anger issues.
  • When you are working with a manager on a "last chance agreement" or performance improvement plan and you'd like to offer them some targeted support.
  • When you see a “pattern” of problems or dysfunction associated with a manager.
  • When your manager has a hard time retaining staff.

How is your program unique?

    Cheri Baker offers a flat-rate coaching program that gets big results in a short timeframe. The program includes:
  • Face to face coaching sessions (weekly or biweekly)
  • Telephone and Email Support
  • Assessment tools for the Manager
  • A targeted coaching plan based on clearly defined goals
  • A follow up plan for post-coaching success
  • A 3 month follow-up to assess progress after coaching.
