Workphoto2_2Cheri Baker is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and holds a M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Antioch University in Seattle.   Prior to founding Emergence she worked as an HR Manager, Senior Generalist, and Executive Recruiter for organizations in the greater Seattle Area.
